Privacy Policy for Cryptofy

Cryptofy helps you follow cryptocurrency prices and manage trade information. This policy explains what happens to data when you use its online features. For questions or deletion requests, contact CryptofyApp@outlook.com.

Data stored on your device

Your wallets, trade amounts, notes, and other local trade details remain on your device. They are not sent to the Cryptofy alerts backend.

Market prices

When the app requests market prices, Cryptofy’s server processes the request and the technical connection information needed to respond.

Smart Trade Guard notifications

Smart Trade Guard is optional. If you enable its alerts, the app sends an installation identifier, an Apple Push Notification service (APNs) device token, and App Attest verification data to Cryptofy’s alerts backend. It also sends the asset, quote currency, target price, alert direction, and alert type needed to evaluate your alert.

The backend links these settings to your installation to evaluate price changes, protect registration against misuse, and send notifications. It does not receive your wallet name, position size, entry amount, notes, screenshots, or exchange credentials.

The APNs token is encrypted in the backend database. Alert rules expire after no more than 90 days. Notification delivery records expire after no more than 24 hours. Installation and verification records may remain while needed to operate the alert service. You can request deletion by emailing CryptofyApp@outlook.com.

Cryptofy sends notification content through Apple’s APNs service for delivery to your device. Notifications may contain the asset and relevant target and observed prices.

Exchange connections

If you connect an exchange such as OKX, the app communicates with that exchange to provide the connection. The Cryptofy alerts backend does not receive your exchange API credentials. The exchange’s own privacy policy applies to its processing of your data.

Advertising and tracking

Cryptofy does not use this data for advertising or to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Children

Cryptofy is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact CryptofyApp@outlook.com.
